Administrative Time - Dialog (Category Listing)

PWA 2007 ... all Service Packs applied.

User selects the "Plan Administrative Time" button from My Timsheet page.
User selects Category pull down and sees many categories.

Q1. How do I limit the amount of selections in here?

I understand that this data is pulled from the Administrative Time web page.
I understand that it shows up on my Timesheet and I can control what is
viewed in the timesheet with the check box "Always Display"
Just wondering if I can limit what is seen in this dialog box.

I1. Items that are not checked "Always Display" still show up in the
pull-down.
