Administrative time shift to different days after approval

My company uses administrative time for block non project work.
Each resource is its own timesheet manager.
We have defined certain categories in the timesheet.

When a resource updates the time in the timesheet it gets auto approved.
Until here things are fine.
However after approval the timesheet entry shift to some other days.
This is happening for many of my users.

Can someone assist me with this.
Why is this happening.

I could be wrong, but in working with MS Support on a similar task update
related issue, they did mention that there was a continuing issue with
administrative time in the timesheets. You may want to contact MS Support to
see if they have a hotfix for this as any fix they might have, was not
included in SP2 or the April CU to my knowledge.
