Administrative time summary

Iwant to ask about admiistrive time in timesheet (PWA).
In the administrative time the manager could make many item such as personal
leave and so on...
Does anyone know how to create a report summary that contains how many days
in a month that a resource fill the personal leave?
Could i use ms Project VBA? or i should use SDK?If i use SDK, what table
that contains the administrative time summary?
