Administrative time/ Task Name Description

Does anyone know how to change the Task Name/Description column in the
Administrative time to read something other than AutoGenerated? I'm trying
to run reports on what people are spending thier time doing and all time
being billed to the admin "billing categories" i've created appear as Auto
Generated in the reporting. Help?
