When try to open any file of my Administrative Tools, I got a box stating
that "Windows cannot open this file".
All of them have .msc as termination and I do not know where to find the

Rerun Office setup (Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs |
Microsoft Office <version> | Change).

You may want to check with the folks in the Windows newsgroup for your version on this one. MSC files are Windows 'snap in'
controls for use with Windows 'Microsoft Management Console' functions, rather than being part of Office.

The only one of those that shipped with Office that I recall is for the FrontPage web server functions of Office 2000.
