Administrative Update Office XP to SP2

Hi,

I try to update my office XP installation point using
Administrative update but every time I run, I got this
error message bellow. i have chaecked all the rights,
the path, and the existing of the program. What could be
wrong here? Please share

The error is :

"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows
Installer service because the program to be upgraded may
be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different
version of the program. Verify that the program to be
upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the
correct upgrade patch."
