Administrative version of Office 2003 sp2?

Does anyone know how I find an 'Administrative version' of Office 2003 SP2?
I think that's the problem, anyway..
I've been trying to update to SP2 all day and had no luck. I've downloaded
the 'client' named update (the 49Mb or so file) - it saves it ok, then starts
to set up, but then says "The update cannot be applied."
Looking back at the M/Soft Update website, it says something about needing
the "Administrative version", as I already have administrative updates. I've
got no idea what that means.. Can anyone help?? Thanks.
