I've read the answers here in this forum, but I use Firefox as my default
browser. I am getting the "This operation has been canceled because of
restrictions on this computer. Please check with your administrator." error
message. I AM the administrator. I've tried the fixes mentioned in IE. No
change in Outlook hyperlinks, even using IE. I am running Windows Vista Home
edition. I've downloaded all the updates suggested by Microsoft. I have a
hand built Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz, 1006 MB, 32-bit Operation
System. The program was loaded by the tech using a "stick." I do not have
the CD's, but do have my product key and reg. ID #.
