Administrator Locked Out

M Colodzin

I'm the admin of a Project Server 03 implementation and just created a new
list in a SharePoint Workspace for one of my projects. I needed to limit
access to the list to only a select few and I stupidly deleted all of the
standard user groups that are in all lists "Readers", "Contributers", "Web
Designer", "Team Members (MIcrosoft Office Project Server)" etc., etc.

Being the administrator, I made a bad assumption that I would be able to
access the list without being specifically named as a permitted user.
Unfortunately, I can no longer access the list and am unable to add myself as
a user.

Is there any way I can regain access to this list to add myself with the
correct perimissions? If not, is there any way to delete that list without
deleting the SharePoint site?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

The System Account is being used to access the List in question.
I had a client do the exact samething and the System Account was still able
to access his Issue List and he was able add users back to the list.
