Adobe Acrobat Toolbar

I have/use Adobe Acrobat Professional in addition to Microsoft Office
2004. Can anyone tell me exactly how to get rid of the Adobe Acrobat
Toolbar that keeps re-appearing in the Office Applications? I delete
pdfmaker.xla, pdfmaker.ppa, and pdfmaker.dot from
/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Office/Startup folders but then as
soon as I open Acrobat and re-enter one of the office programs, the
toolbar re-appears. It's really annoying.
