Adobe conflict

I loaded hotoshop and some other Adobe items and now I
can't get into PowerPoint.
I've tried everything I can think of including unistalling
all ADOBE products and MS OFFICE and then reinstalling MS
OFFICE and PowerPoint still hangs during startup.

Try searching for *.PPA (powerpoint addins) and rename them to *.OLD or
*.PPB or something.

Then see if PPT starts. If so, name the addins back to *.PPA one at a
time and keep starting PPT back up after each one to isolate the
problem.

Adobe Acrobat adds a couple of PPA files which might contribute to the
hang. I'd be surprised if Photoshop had anything to do with it, though.
