I have a relatively complex document that is constructed
by INCLUDETEXTs of document files which, themselves, have
INCLUDETEXTs. The master document prints fine directly to
a printer, but when attempting to create a PDF using
Adobe's Acrobat Distiller I get a zero-byte result file.
If I print to the Acrobat PDFWriter I get a proper PDF
but, as expected, loose the hyperlinks from the table of
contents.
OS: Windows 2000
MS Word: 2000
Adobe Acrobat: 5.0.5
Has anyone has a similar problem and/or have workarounds?
