Adobe PDF

Hi all, I have an adobe pdf that needs to be modified. I need to get rid of
picture, I think it was created in InDesign. I do have acrobat 8. I can't
seem to grab ahold of the picture of this business card and remove it. Any
help would be greatly APPRECIATED! THANKS K.

There aren't any Microsoft Office programs that can edit a .pdf file. You'd
need Acrobat or something similar to do that.

help files.

Suspect that you cannot "grab ahold of the picture" because you have a PDF
of an image. You could try:
1. Save the PDF file under a different name so that you do not destroy
your original. In Acrobat 8 use the OCR function under the Documents menu to
create a editable version.

2. Use File, Save As to save the PDF as one of the available image
formats {click the down arrow for Save as type and select the image format
you prefer}. Then use an image editor to remove the picture {or replace it}.
