I understand that to protect my file, but yet to allow others to fill in the
blank comes in to play in the acrobat file, but how do you do it

Do you have Word? You can create fill-in forms with Word.

Question Mary,
If I use Word to create the fill-in form, can you tell me how the
information looks when it comes back to me? What I mean is this. I currently
have an application page on my site that I used PUB2002 to create. The
answers come back like a shopping list.
Question Field1, answer
Qusetion Field2, answer
Question Field3, answer.
I want something to return the info in a form like document similar to the
one that was filled out. Will Word do that?
