How do I print from Visio 2003 to Adobe 6.0 with custom page sizing? I was
able to do it in the previous versions of Visio and Adobe, but now even when
I edit the PostScript Custom Page Size to the correct size (17 x 22) , it
still has this drop down box in Print Setup\Properties\Adobe PDF
Settings\Adobe PDF Page Size where you need to select a page size. The size
I am looking for is not listed and you can't edit this drop down box. If you
do not select from the box, the default is 8.5 x 11. Any suggestions?
