This may be old news for some - today was the first that I have seen this
happen. But, There appears to be an issue with Entourage 2004 and Adobe
Illustrator. Where the adobe keyboard shortcuts fail. The problem occurs
when Entourage asks for a password. Apparently this dialog locks out the
modifier keys and forgets to turn them back on.

The work around is to tell Entourage to remember your password. Then logout
of the computer and log back in. This works (at least for a while) then
fails again.

However, even setting this to remember your password people are still
experiencing the issue.

10.3.5 update did not fix this problem,


Is there another fix out there?
