ADP and Forms

I've done extensive designs on forms that I have exactly
the way I want a user to see them, however I need to have
users perform data entry over the web. Data Access Pages
seem like the perfect solution however I don't want to re-
create the wheel. Is there a way to convert forms into
Data Access Pages? or another recommended method?

Easy: select the form, chose "Save as..." from the menu and before clicking
OK, select "Data access page" in the bottom combobox.

There is a newsgroup for data access page:
microsoft.public.access.dataaccess.pages.
