ADP error message when importing Excel into Access

Hello,

I am trying to import an Excel file into Access, and am getting the error
message "". Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this to occur, and
what can be done to fix it?

I actually had this error previously (yesterday), and shut down Access,
restarted it, and it worked. But now that doesn't work, nor rebooting the
computer.

Any suggestions or ideas would be GREATLY appriciated!

Sorry, I meant to put the error message in the "". The message states: "The
ADP file is not in the correct format for a Microsoft Access project".
