Is it just me, or does Access 2003 have really bad habits and easily
corrupts adp files?
Yet again, I have lost my project file - "Microsoft Office Access has
encountered a problem .....". After it pretends to repair the file, I find
half my code modules are gone and I must revert to an earlier version.
The only correlating issue I can think of is that this project connects to a
SQL server over a slowish connection, which is occasionally dropped and this
was the case when the file corrupted. I hope the SP1, which is rumoured to
be out soon, will fix this and some of the other frustrations in the
release!
If anyone know of a interim fix, or has any suggestions, please let me know.
