ADP how debug switchboard error

Hi,

I inherited a Access 2003 ADP project. The program is connecting to SQL
Server fine and I can retrieve data. My problem is that a few of the
commands in the switchboard cause errors with a generic error message. I
have checked SQL trace and see the requests do hit the SQL database so I
think the issue is in Access.

Question: How can I debug an .ADP. I cannot switch to design view or find a
place a more detailed error message is output. Is a ADP file compiled? Can
it be decompiled?
