.adp multiuser not work, conversion from Access 2000

When two users try to use this newly converted .adp it locks up. The
application is on a server for several people to use. It was on several pcs
for people to use. They had no problem and we improved it. I don't know if
there was an exclusive setting on the origional .mdb on each pc.
