Hello,
I'm having a problem that I hope someone has seen before.
Here's my current environment:
I've created a Access ADP/SQL database. In this database Users can
add attachments in an OLE Liked container. I save the Source Files on
a Network Share pull them into the OLE Control in the form.
Here's my problem:
When a users opens the Linked OLE file it seems to create a temporary
file on their local PC. Then all changes made to the File are not
saved back to the Document Source on the Network Drive, but saved
locally on the users PC.
Question:
Does anyone know how I can save changes to a Linked OLE File to the
Network Share instead of the users PC?
I would really appreciate any advice or idea's. I've been unable to
find an answer to this issue.
Thanks!
