Adressbook sync with Exchange broken in 10.4.2

I've been unable to sync my Addressbook with Exchange since moving to 10.4.x

It worked fine in 10.3.9. Although my ISP (WinISP) did move buildings
recently and things weren't working right for a while. Now I can connect to
WinISP with Entourage 2004 but I can't sync with Addressbook. I have it
setup in Addressbook options and my credentials are supposedly accepted but
I don't see the Exchange option in iSync and nothing shows up in the iSync
log when syncing. I have a SonyEriccson T610 which syncs with Addressbook
and iCal just fine.
