Do you mean arranging the contacts in alphabetical order? They should
already be arranged. Keep in mind that Entourage sorts items according to
"last name, first name" but actually displays them as "first name last
name". If you want to sort by first name, however, you can easily add a
First name and Last name column in Entourage 2008 (View>Columns>). Once
you've done that, just click on the column header to rearrange the contacts.
Hitting the column a second time will switch from descending to ascending
order.
