To get to these "Advanced Customization for working with Outlook" from the
Customize Quick Access Toolbar>>More Commands>>Advanced>>

There is a host of options here with no help or explanation, some are
self-explanatory but some are not. Help.

Smart Cursoring moves the insertion point moves as you scroll up or down.
When you press the arrow keys, the insertion point responds at the page
currently in view, not at its position prior to scrolling.

Try word's help - many of the features are word features, not outlook.

Thanks for the explaination... I was looking for documentation. I don't own
Word, I purchased Outlook 2007.

Smart Cursoring moves the insertion point moves as you scroll up or down.
