advanced documentation on c++ outlook programming

Hi,

I'm starting a new project to make an outlook addin and I find it hard to
find good documentation on c++ as most of .NET's doc is based on VB and c#.

Have you guys any book or web sites to recommend ???

There isn't much. A little referenced at www.outlookcode.com and a few
samples in MSDN.
