advanced edit feature missing

LeAnne

I'm using Outlook 2003 for work. I was trying to set up my signature and
wanted to insert a graphic. My employer told me to use advanced edit. I have
no advanced edit anywhere. Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

Where are you looking? It's on the Edit Signature dialog - in the Create
sig dialog where the sigs are listed at the top and previewed at the bottom,
select the signature by name and click Edit. Advanced edit button is on the
Edit dialog that opens.

I think I figured out that it's not on mine because I'm using Outlook Web
Access. I read somewhere that graphics can only be added from a computer with
Outlook Client, so my boss will have to do it for me. Thanks anyway.

Correct, OWA can't set it up and OWA is not Outlook 2003.

I don't know if it works in Exchange 2003, but in Exchange 2007, you can
paste an image into the sig field. The image needs to be accessible on the
internet for it to work.

also, the sigs created in Outlook are not usable in OWA.
