Advanced features don't work even after complete install

All of the the advanced features of Access 2002 (Wizards,
etc) do not work and cause endless faults. We have
removed and complete re-installed with the run all from
computer option selected. Nothing seems to help. Any
ideas, anyone having similar problems?
