Advanced Filter Crashes Outlook 2003 SP3

In Outlook 2003 SP3, when selecting View\Arrange By\Current View\Customize
Current View\Filter\Advanced tab, Outlook crashes. The other tabs on the
Filter screen work fine.

I have removed, restart, and installed Outlook with no success. Even ran the
"re-install' feature of setup but that didn't fix it either.

Suggestions?

Problem fixed. Issue is "bmiplugin.dll" from BrightMail\Symantec. Worked once
I disabled in Outlooks "Add-In Manager". My need to update to newer version.
