Advanced Filter...Load from Query...Help!

I have a report that I am trying to filter. I have created a filter unter the
Advanced...Advanced Filtor/Sort option (in Access 2007). I then Saved the
Query, but later after the Report has been closed out, I have tried
Advanced...Advanced Filter/Sort... Load from Query, but the selection list is
always blank.

The query is saved and I can execute it, etc... but I cannot get it to be
loaded as the filter source. Am I doing something wrong or is this an Access
bug?
