advanced find in message body or return receipts

I am performing an advanced find to search for a word
on 'Any Type of Outlook item' in 'frequently used text
fields'. I am getting hits for many messages, but not for
return receipts where the word is only in the body of the
message (and not in the to, from, or subject of the
message). How can I perform a search to capture these
return receipts?
