Advanced find

I use Advanced Find several times per week. I always want it to
search through all directories and subdirectories. I never use any
other Outlook 2007 find options.

It is tedious to go into browse, uncheck whatever folder is checked,
check the mailbox box, check the subfolders box, and then exit this.

Is there any way to tell Outlook 2007 to save my search preferences?

Unfortunately Advanced Find resets each time in Outlook 2007. Can a Search
Folder accomplish what you want? It should because it uses the Advanced
Find engine, or so it looks to me.

Unfortunately Advanced Find resets each time in Outlook 2007.

Why did they change such a useful tool with this "upgrade" to make it
so much more work? It isn't a matter of having to relearn how to do
things, the way the rest of Office 2007 is - that's bad enough. But
to make it so much more difficult after we find out how to do it?!?!?
Was there a mole from Google working in the design?

I suppose it may be a bit quicker, even if I include deleting it after
I have found what I'm looking it. Not quick and easy like earlier
versions of office, but possibly better than the alternative.
