I have a user who wants a peculiar option in Word. She has
a form that she updates weekly for each of her clients.
She keeps the printed form in a binder. She wants to be
able to place that form in her printer, add a new row of
data in the form, then print just that line of data and
have it print in the corresponding part of the paper.
Instead, it just prints at the top. She states she was
able to do this in Word Perfect, the use of which we are
ending. Anybody have any suggestions, other than
reprinting the entire form each time? As user has many
clients, reprinting each form after each update would
waste a lot of paper.
