Advanced Rule - based on TIME the message was received

I want to setup a rule to auto-reply based on any incoming mail between
7:30pm - 10:30am the following day. I have looked everywhere and can't find
an option to do this.

I don't think "out of office" has this option either.
(I'm using Outlook 2003 (SP1) in a corporate environment)

I don't believe that's possible. The best you can do is to turn on an
autoreply (or the OOA) at 7:30 and turn it off again at 10:30.
