Hi Sue,
let's assume i have 2 contacts, the 1st one belong to the following categories: VIP, business ; the 2nd one belong to : VIP, waiting
if i choose : Vip, Business from the "categories" in "more choices" i'll get the 2 contacts that i mentioned earlier, eventhough the 2nd contact belong only to VIP, and not to VIP, Business . i want only the contacts who belong to both categories to appear in the search result
i tried clicking "Match case" but i get the same result.
plz help me, it's very important for my business.

That's not what I was suggesting. Try typing "VIP and Business in the
Categories box on the More Choices tab.
The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote earlier
messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on detail that
you risk not getting the answer you're looking form. Please take the time to
quote the original message.

yes, i tried writing : vip, business under the "value" but still it will
give me users who belong to VIP contacts only
i tried choosing "contains" or "is (exactly) but i don't get what i want.
i want the users who belong to both categories together.

Did you try entering "VIP and Business" in the Categories search box?
