advanced send and recieve functions in Outlook

I have set up a user to see a second mailbox by adding one through the Send
and Receive function. It works great but the configuration will not save.
Every time the users shuts her machine down the set up disappears. Any ideas
on how to save the set up.

So what exactly did you do with which version of Outlook and with what kind
of mail account?
