Advanced View Error

After clicking: VIEW; CURRENT VIEW; CUSTOMIZ CURRENT VIEW; then click the
FILTER button and then click the ADVANCED tab I get a serious error and
Outlook has to close.

She is running Outlook 2002 (10.4712.4219) SP-2 with all the security and
stability patches installed.

The entire Office application has been uninstalled and reinstalled but the
error is still there.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
