ADVAPI32.dll

I'm trying to install Office 2000 on Windows 2000 and when
I try to start setup, I get a message that The procedure
entry point llocateAndInitializeSid could not be located
in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll.

I have installed all service packs for Windows 2000
Professional and the security patch. I am not running any
anti-virus at the moment in case that might interfere.

Please help!!
