Advice needed for Linking Forms

Hi.
I'm fairly new to MS Access. I have a Task Details form with unbound
combo boxes that update as information is added. I have a combo box
for Task Name, Task Phase, Deliverable, then a text box for CDRL No
and Document No, which update provided the information chosen in the
first three combo boxes. This is a set format that I would like to
use in all my forms, because these items are the central information
that the database is structured by. Is there any way to link these
fields to other forms? I tried using it as a subform in form, but it
kept popping up the parameter field error for each field that was in
my Task Detail Form.

Please Help! Since I'm fairly new to all of this, detailed
instructions would be appreciated. I've ordered the VBA for Access
book, but it's still on it's way. I am not very familiar with code at
all, but I think I need to start using it to get my database to do the
functions I'd like it to perform.
