Advice needed on best Animation for FP2000

Stephen

Hi

I'm still working in the dark ages when it comes
to animation - i.e. Paint Shop Pro 5

I need to produce some intricate animation,
overlays etc for a new site.

This site shows what type of effect I'm after
http://www.edensprings.co.uk/edenwater

The problem is - it's been produced using
Macromedia Flash Player - and am I right in saying
that the whole web page has to be created using Flash?

I want to drop an animation as a gif within a normal web page.

Is there any software that would do this for me?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Stephen

No, only the embedded SWF in the page.

See http://www.macromedia.com

Swish is cheaper.
check out SwishMax...produces flash files too.

no the whole page doesn't have to be flash..in fact, imo, sites totally done
in flash suck.
