Advice on a Resume Template

Hi,
I need some advice, what kind of template should I use from job hunting?
I'm a new college graduate and the new field that I will be working in I have
only done an Internship in it. Should I still put my previous job on the
resume and how do I list my induction into an international honor society?

A template only gives you formatting, not content.
