advice on upgrading outlook/ipaq

Hi,

I am facing the inevitable upgrade to Windows 7
and a new PC.

Currently I have an Ipaq 1910 and a PC running XP.
I use Outlook 98 and it works great. However, the
machine is finally beginning to wear out.

What am I up against here? A new Ipaq, new version of Outlook and a new machine with Windows 7?

Is there an easy way to transfer my Outlook data
[hint: categories and task list] to the new
system?
