Advice on whihc controls to use to display line items.

I'm developing a small POS application. I need adivce on which best
combination of controls can I use to display each transaction line item and
a total for the transactions. I will need to remove and add lines items, and
have the total reflect my changes. Sort of like a new computerized cashiers
system at the neighborhood grocer. Does anyone have ideas. Thanks in
advance.
