Just i have find out that there is a problem with the text boxes when are
using with oulines and fill color, the problem is:

1) Firefox convert these boxes into images so everything you have inside
will appear like an image
2) The most important is that Search engines will not catch this text in
your text box - i have tested with Google - so not good results or better no
results for this text. It took me about 1,5 month to realize it
3) When you use IE6 or 7 everything seems to work fine and the text boxes
are display correctly but still the problem of the search engines remain...

The solution fortunately is very simple, so what i reccomend you to do is:

1) Create a new folder in your computer
2) Save all the files of your website in that folder using the " Publish to
the web" method
3) Go to this folder and ( using the Thumbnails view better ) check if
there is any image that it shouldnt be, like a text box that has converted
into image, in my case i found many but also i found and some other plain
text boxes that had been converted into images.
4) Now for each problematic text box you have to:
- create a new textbox in the same size without any color or outline
- copy the text from the original text box to the new text box
- place the new text box exactly above the original text box and then right
click > order > bring in the front. Thats it.

I use Publisher 2003 but i dont know if is the same in Publisher 2007.
