Afer forwarding or replying to mail icon does not change

I have noticed in my inbox, if i forward or reply the icon doesn't always
change. Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix? Thanks

What version of Outlook? What type of email account?

The same thing is happening to me with Outlook 2003 SP2 run on Exchange
Server 2003. Any thoughts? Thanks!
