After accept Track Change, is it possible to retrieve it again

I have a question about the Track Change.

Suppose I am making mark-up on the document by using track
change. If I do Tools, Track Change, Accept and Rejest
Change, and I accept all. I save it and close the
document. Is there any way I can retrieve those mark-up
again? Can someone help me with this?

Hi Keith

If you have a copy of the original document, you may be able to reconstitute
changes by comparing your final version with the original. This probably
won't be identical to the tracked change version, however.

Better answer is to return to the backup you made before accepting changes.
