After full update, getting dialog box when selecting new message

I just upgraded my office systems to the latest updates on microsoft's site.

Now, when anyone hits the New Mail button in Outlook they get a dialog box>
that says:

"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you
should choose NO."

There is a selection to Allow access for 1 - 10 minutes and a Yes, No, &
Help Button

The big question is how to stop this coming up every time someone hits New
Mail?
