After I uninstalled my msn connector I can't open Microsoft offic.

Ever since I uninstalled my msn connector I can't open Microsoft office
outlook 2003. I get an error message that says "unable to open the Outlook
window. The set of folders could not be opened." Any ideas on how to fix
this? I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling, but it didn't help.
