After Import....Lost All Information

I tried to import an address book into my existing account. After I did so,
it erased my entire year of appointments as well as all my future ones as
well as all my emails for the past year. I have tried to retrieve this
information - even went to the archive (which does so automatically about
once a month) but have been unsuccessful in doing so. Is there anyway of
reversing the import to retrieve all my lost information? Please Help!!! I
am running Outlook 2003 SP1.
