After install of Outlook 2003, "types of storage" is blank

I removed the B2TR of Outlook 2007 at the end of the beta period, and
reinstalled Outlook 2003 and now the Types of Storage are blank within the
data file section of the Mail control panel icon. This is causing Outlook to
not start.

How do I get the Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst) choice back?
